How to quill a newspaper bowl

Hey all!!!
I have another tutorial for you guys! And this time it is how to quill a newspaper bowl! Hope y'all like it!

Step 1: Cut a sheet of newspaper into quarters like so. This will ensure it is easier for you to quill it.

Step 2: Roll them in 45 degrees, make sre these *sticks* are strong and sturdy, keep glueing it on the way

Step3:  attach the *sticks*
from end to end and start coilng it tightly, keep glueing it on the way
Mould it to your desired shape softly using your fingers and apply a layer of mod podge to make your dome sturdy

Step4:   You could give it a nice coat of paint too...

And that's it people! These *bowls* take a little practice to be made perfect,
They can make great decorations to store random stuff, or these can be used to make various other crafts too!

DIY: Wind Chimes!!!

Hey all!
In this post I will be teaching you how to make these wind chimes!
These are just soo adorable and make great gifts too!

Materials Required:
 i) Newspaper
ii) Thread
iii) glue
iv) Sea shells (painted/non painted)
v) A truckload of patience

Step 1 :  Make your dome, You could refer to my tutorial here http://qualityquilling.blogspot.in/2015/06/how-to-quill-newspaper-bowl.html on how to make the newspaper domes

Step 2:  Paint your shells and make individual strands like these, you could concentrate on the bigger owns at the bottom and making it smaller as you move up

Tip: Get shells which already have holes in them!it makes the job a whole lot easier!

Step3:  It is as easy as that! The next step would be to pierce your newspaper domes and tie your strings to it

Tip;Make sure that all the strings weigh approximately equal to one another to ensure that you windchime is not tilted to one side

This is such a simple and easy craft! Though it can take some time to make, Its totally worth it!
Leave your thoughts about this project in the comments down below! I would love to see them!
